Common Questions About Our Legal Terms

These questions cover the areas we hear about most when it comes to account rights, data access, policy changes and how we handle disputes. If your question isn't here, our support team handles legal enquiries through the channels listed above.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through our Help Centre ticketing system. We will verify your identity, then provide a structured copy of your stored personal data within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Send a deletion request via the Help Centre or our legal email address. We process deletions promptly, but data we are legally required to retain — such as transaction records — will be held for the mandatory period before removal.

Access depends on the laws applicable in your specific state and region within India. Where local law permits such access, you may use the platform. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use complies with the rules in your location.

Our platform terms apply to all accounts regardless of payment method. When you transact via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the payment provider's own terms also apply. In a conflict between the two, the more restrictive rule takes precedence.

We notify you of material changes to our terms via the email address on your account before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Formal disputes submitted in writing via our legal email or Help Centre are acknowledged within one business day. We review the matter against our recorded account data and aim to provide a documented resolution within five business days.

On account closure, personal data no longer needed for legal or regulatory purposes is deleted or anonymised. Transaction records and identity verification data may be retained for the period mandated by law before permanent removal.
